Any Help beside Backne ?
I have been super stressed and I got horrific backne and now I can't get rid of it . I wash my put money on and errything . Is there a good soap I should use ?

Don't do the sunburn thing.
Keep your back really verbs by washing with a mild anti bacterial soap, am and pm.and changing your tops respectively time. Don't use anything too astringent as this will aggravate the oil glands to produce more oil, therefore more problems.
