Help! vanishing scar readily? possibly near something that i may already own at home?

hi im a black female and im insecure about a lot of the scar on my body. when i was younger i started shaving. my legs have minimal scaring but i would still approaching to get rid of whats left. my main problem be shaving my vagina (please dont leave inappropriate comments or flag me this is a serious question) i was uncommon to it and my skin still isnt very used to it. i get a lot of ingrown hair that later cause scaring and its not deeply attractive. ive tried scar lightening creams that worked well but im still darker than self like to be is there any other way i can fade this? ive be using exfoliant clothes and even acne washes to help me when i take a shower so its not so doomed to failure just not to my liking. any suggestions?
Answers:    If you use vitamin E oil on your scar they should slowly go away to a point.
