What is this bump on my ear?

I have this bump on my ear and its on the part of the concha(part of the ear). And on the other side of my ear there is another bump but this one is approaching a bone and they are both on either side of my ear. Its very painful and I cant even touch my ear, it hurts so impossible. I really dont know what to do, I dont think im going to see a docter any time soon and I am also 13 years old, I'm not sure if that piece of info will do any good but I hope it will. Thanks
Answers:    own you been out in the sun recently and gotten a sunburn or anything? one and the same thing happened to me . mine was a blister from a sunburn. it didn't be aware of like a blister at first, so i was confused too. im not sure. maybe its not one and the same thing. the blister lasted about a week for me, so if it last longer than that you should definatly talk to a doctor .
