Very serious acne? Help?

So, I have very serious acne all over my frontage. I mean everywhere, my entire face is bumpy. My nose a moment ago has a few small bumps, and same with my forehead. However, the area between my fuzz and the outer corners of my eyes is absolutely covered in red bumps, as are my entire cheeks and chin. I literally have acne everywhere, and it is remarkably serious. I have seen my doctor, and she gave me a treatment next to 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, and that has helped slightly, but I still have LOADS of acne. It also completely burned my frontage, and my entire face is red. Nothing from drugstores or department stores has ever helped me. I clear up my face twice a day, and apply the Benzoyl Peroxide cream at night AND surrounded by the mornings. I also drink lots of water. I feel like I've tried everything, and nought works. I just don't know what to do anymore? Does anyone have any suggestions for topical creams for serious acne? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks (:
