A mole on my leg is immensely bloody and red?

Ive had a mole on my leg on the very top of my left leg sensitive of in the crease os my leg and it is suddenly very painful to touch, i notice it yesterday when i was in the shower. It only hurts when i touch it or it brushes again something excluding that its alright, maybe i caught it on something and its just irritated? I could leave it for a few days and see if it settles? Im 18 if that have anything to do with it, Thanks,

Any kind of questionable mole should be checked by a dermatologist to be sure it's not cancerous.
Age has nothing to do near it.
aps it's just sore due to being caught on something.

Give it a few days (Tuesday) and if it is the same, worse or have changed call the MD to have them examine it.

Any mole that changes surrounded by capacity is reason to call the MD to own it checked
I would see a doctor, could be skin cancer.
Go to your GP and have it checked out
