Got a lump below skin. It's rugged, in the order of the size of a nickel and hurts approaching heck.?
It's under my armpit. I could be over reacting, but I also feel resembling my entire shoulder is starting to ache.

It could possibly be an ingrowing hair, the best piece to do is either massage it in a hot tub or put some tea tree oil onto some cotton wool and bathe it, but it will either come out on its own or wen you are treating it, surrounded by which case it will be some puss and a hard lump of puss also, nasty but once its out it wont bother you anymore. Don't use any form of coat removal there until it is sorted out, it just makes it worse. Hope this help :)

I told my mom but she said it was nothing to be afraid bad,, but knowing me, im afraid of practically everything so i was real worried. so i just tried not to deem bout it and i went to sleep, when i woke up in the morning, it was Gone! Swollen lymph glands... could be cancerous...go go and get it checked by a doctor.
This is most credible a swollen lymph node. If you have a virus, they pop up and become painful. But still, youneed to go to the doctors. You could hold a virus, or the lump could be something worse. Source(s): I have had a lymph node removed and biopsied.
