3 years ago I be bitten by a tick on the fund of my organizer. I be competent to verbs it out near my nail.?

It took a yr to heal, but as it healed a pimple like sore appeared hard by it and it was very painful. Now, it is recuperative and another one is appearing. I don't have insurance, and not sure Urgentcare docs. would know what to do. I have applied antibiotic oint. & CamphoPhenique, peroxide, alcohol to dry it. But, nothing seem to work. Help!
Answers:    i would go somewhere and get it checked out.....that seems resembling it is not healing it might be serious.
