Answers: Many species of parasitic worms can infect humans. Most are acquired in short countries, areas with poor sanitation or in tropical regions.
if you live in a developed country and haven't not long traveled to the tropics, your "little white worms" are most likely pinworms, known to scientists as Enterobius. These 1cm-long parasitic worms are not a serious health threat, but they can inflict itching in the anal area. School-age children are usually the first to be infected. Scratching causes the worm's eggs to lodge lower than fingernails. The eggs are then passed along to other family members by direct contact or through contaminated food, dishes or bedding.
You should see a doctor to variety sure those worms really are pinworms and to receive the proper therapy. To diagnose pinworms, a doctor may press cellophane tape against the anus to collect any eggs. The doctor then examines the cartridge under a microscope.
Go communicate your mom. It is nothing to be scared about describing her. Source(s): http://yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/small-white-worms-in-my-stool.html
This is the solution that doctors contained by my home country used to advise:
Don't be scared, keep your hygiene rules for one month, and those pin worms will die after one month, as their existence expectancy is one month.
tight underwear to close your thighs, so you don't score your "bum" unknowingly at night when you are sleeping, this is to not infest your nails. After one month everything will be over if anybody else does not have it within the family to infest you again.
I have seen heaps recoveries without any taken medication.
A few people put some vaseline where on earth it scratches at night, so when the worms come out to lay their eggs at night, they receive stuck in the layer of the vaseline, and they are cleaned off by the human being in the morning with toilet paper, or a shower. This will construct you heal faster.

near is nothing to fear here, nor be ashamed. It is most likely a worm infestation (enterobiasis - pin-worm). Neither the cassette test nor the treatment (a pill) will be painful. At least, you won't hold to scratch yourself sore anymore. At least, you won't have to fright something worse.
I'm pretty sure that's called a pinworm.
but yes i'd tell mom.
You should go put in the picture your mom, she'll decide if you need to go to the doctors. (it's really not that bad) : )
They're call "pinworms". They're treatable with medication and you shoud tell your mum.
rding to diverse reports, rates of infection vary from 10% to almost 50% in children under 12, depending on the group. School-age children own the highest incidence of infection, followed by preschoolers. Like lice, pinworm is readily spread through schools and child care centers. Adults are much smaller number likely to have pinworm, unless the adult is a caretaker of infected children. Sometimes pinworm is spread to other kith and kin members as well. Pinworm eggs are collected on the fingers, generally when the lenient scratches his itchy bottom. From there, the eggs can be spread to other surfaces, where they can live for several days, freshly waiting to be picked up and swallowed by their next host. If the patient puts his fingers in his mouth, the eggs can be swallowed and reinfect him. These pinworms, incidentally, infect single humans and a few kinds of apes. They do not infect common household pets.
The most common, and recurrently only, symptom of pinworm infection is anal pruritis (an itchy butt). Pinworms can be seen with the in the nude eye. The best time to check is at night or early in the morning, formerly the suspected carrier gets up, and particularly beforehand bathing or bowel movement. Use a flashlight. The worms are about .25 inch long and rather threadlike. They will move. The females come out at night to lay eggs surrounded by the rectal area. If the eggs are left to hatch, the immature larva will crawl back through the anus and wind up back contained by the colon. Occasionally, in girls, the larvae will crawl into the vagina instead.
Most sources say pinworms are usually safe. Some even say that it doesn't need to be treated, unless the symptoms really bother the patient. However, this is not something I'd want to enjoy. Fortunately, the treatment is very simple, consisting of two doses of medicine two weeks apart. The majority of sources recommend treating all home members at once, even if only one person shows signs of infestation. Most doctors will also recommend wash all the family linen and night clothes within hot water, to remove any eggs that might be floating around.
