After wax my upper lip, it stared swelling and turning red, and today, pimples grew surrounded by it. HELP?!?

I have a date on Friday*.
Answers:     I would have answered your question, but I just spent the end five minutes cleaning barf off of my keyboard and totally forgot what I was going to read aloud.
I've been wax my upper lip area for years. Here's some things I've learned:
Do it at least 24 hours until that time you need to go out in public so any flush and swelling is down.
2. The wax should be hot/warm enough to stick to the hairs but not hot enough to burn your skin.
3. You skin must be CLEAN. Wash next to soap and warm water before wax and dry your skin. I use a paper towel or clean washcloth for this. Never just any outmoded towel hanging in the bathroom. Being lazy give or take a few this step is an invitation to bacteria and infection.
4. After waxing gently dry-clean the area again and then Ice the area.
Then, I apply an anti bacterial cream. I have neosporin. And, I leave my skin alone for several hours.
6. I hang on to my wax in a zip lock bag. I cut bad a little to use. I don't keep reheating and using the same see of wax. Although a lot of people do this.
7. If you miss a hair or two don't re-wax it. Just cut it sour with a tiny scissor. Waxing irritates the skin and if you over do it, things just look worse.

By Friday your swelling should be down, but you may own to live with a pimple or two. Use a little concealer or foundation. Be careful subsequent time.

Have a good time Friday.
This happens to quite profoundly of people. Next time straight after waxing put a cold compress on it for example a flannel with cold hose down. This will reduce the size of your pores that the hair has come from so they won't get hold of dirt or other pimple causing things inside.

Right now you can only really treat this similar to a normal pimple problem and maybe try toothpaste to dry up the pimples.
what happened was that your tresses follicules were keeping bacteria out of your pores in that nouns, when you waxed it the pores became wide unequivocal and inviting to such pimple causing bacteria, therefor all at one time they started braking out, only just get your typical pimple control medication and it should help it.
ewww
buy Witch Hazel Gel, (google it if your not sure what it looks like) my mum wax her upper lip and puts that on to soothe the irritation and it works for her
you need antihystamine resembling piriton and anti inflammitorys like ibuprofen. You have had an allergic response to the wax. keep your face clean and soothe it beside e45 cream. If it stings - take it straight off again. good luck
Don't wax your upper lip, there are too many blood vessels close to the surface your your skin in that.
the pimples are normal, it might be becuz of the wax or the cream that you may or may not use to get the residual wax bad....they wont grow anymore than they are now...i would just pop them cause they never appear to leave a scar anyway because of the area they are within and the fact that they're so small....if it is still red you have just simply burned yourself..(you know kinda close to a carpet burn) in that case it will counter in the same way minor burn would, it will go and get brown...and eventually scab. Anyway there's no need to go the doctor. It's a normal entry...you have to be more careful when your pulling that stuff off...but no issue how hard you try - you will burn yourself from time to time.
