Help! how to bring ride of birthmark or (continued)?

or how to tell my dad to get surgery (its awkward). i have tried lemon liquid cocoa butter cream mayo peanut butter please help i had a suggestion of earsing it and i did it kinda worked then i get rid of a part then the rest got dark! ugh please help nd plz dont tell me to get used to it cuz im really self insecured and yeah...............
