Water trapped below loose and numb skin on my foot?
Last night, I was taking a pretty long bath and notice I have this patch of really really loose skin at the very bottom of my ankle, by my foot that seemed to hold a "blob" of water trapped underneath it.
st assumed water + me surrounded by a bathtub, it was probably just raison d`¨ētre I was in there so long.
Anyway, I (very stupidly) took a duo of scissors and popped the area and a clear liquid, I assume water, come out. There was no pain, I didn't feel it at adjectives, but I still have this really weird patch of loose, numb skin. It looks really weird compared to the rest of the nouns on my ankle.
I did have really tight shoes on the day before that I be trying to stretch that I thought may have caused it. But wouldn't I have this on both ankles consequently? I only have it on one.
What is it?
Answers: It's a big ol' blister. You really should have kept it intact---now you own opened up that raw skin to infection. Wash it, dry it, and put some antibiotic ointment on it and a correct bandage and keep it covered and dry. Avoid the tight shoes, too.
It was probably a blister from your shoes. You might enjoy not gotten it on one foot because your feet are shaped differently and you walk differently. You shouldn't of popped it, but now I would put gauze or a band-aid on it. The blister would enjoy protected the healing skin underneath, now you have to.
