WHAT should i do, i try a lot of remedies and cream but nothing works, and its not my diet for i eat immensely healthily !

Have you tried the acne products shown on tv, like proactive, skinid, etc. I found that proactive worked well for me, it just dried out my obverse a little more than usual. Are you going through any stressful situations? Any factor of stress can cause break outs. Or is it that time of the month? That will also cause those unwanted blemished.
