Could I own skin cancer?

I noticed two small bumps near my" "southern exit" about 3 weeks ago. They looked lit skin tag. Last week I noticed that they had multiplied; now in attendance are about eight or ten of them. They don't hurt or itch. I don't think it could be herpes because I was tested until that time i got married a few months ago' however I have had skin cancer since on my leg. What could it be?
