All my skin merely turned red?

Well almost all my skin just turned red, somewhat itchy, hot, burny and tingly.
suggestions.

Also I just took Niacin, I devise thats what's doing it but it never has before.
Answers:    I just looked up Niacin, and flushing is distinctly a side effect of Niacin, along with a lot of other side effects. If it is uncomfortable for you or you do not resembling this side effect, let your doctor know and don't take it anymore. This is from the internet:
