A bump subsequent to my ear pierce?

i got my ears pierced about 4 weeks ago and a little bump formed subsequent to the ear pierce hole. i cleaned my ear with alchol twice a day. it used to hurt but now not so much. but sometime the bump popped and blood and a very small amount of yellow substance came out. in recent times to be clear, the blood and the yellow liquid did not come out of the ear pierce hole but the bump. do you think my ears infected??
