Try DRYSOL antiperspirant. I have the same problem as you, and I use Drysol and i just don't sweat anymore! If you are sweaty surrounded by the armpit area, it's the best.

Also drink cold sea to cool your body down. I throw in some ice cubes in a marine bottle to keep it nice and cool so if I feel hot I can just drink it.
