If you one and only want to treat yourself with over the counter medications, the only ones on the open market with any true value are those that contain benzoyl peroxide (there are several brands, including the expensive ProActive). Personally I close to to use Deep Cleaning Astringent by Clean & Clear. I really do think all acne cleaners depend on the skin type though =]
Sometimes you get worse past you are better -
on't give up hope stick to a three step process and give it some time.
Twice a day, and don't skip up to that time school and before bed.
