Does anyone enjoy any answers on what to use for a severe acne problem?

Ok well my face always breaking out. Seems resembling each day i wake up near another pimple. I use murad acne complex which does says for it to work it will cause more break outs to happen , very well i have been using it fore more than maybe four months. But I haven't be using it twice a day like it says. and to top the icing conceivably i should change my diet mc Donald's, junk food chips, chips , pop etc. you know those foods should probably go to start rotten replacing it with fruits vegetables and water yeah yeah yeah i know. But REAL PROBLEM! I have dry skin what should I use that will relieve with dry skin take away the acne bumps while preventing the new ones from coming and for a moisturizer what can i use to return with rid of the scars from the other pimples that will not cause new break outs? : ( if you hold the answers I will thank you.
Answers:    For the dry skin use a moisturizer that is not oil based. Something table lamp, no scents or w/e. Just the basics.
first they start you on Cephlaxen, this works amazing and everything is gone within 6 months
however if this does not work they resort to Minocyclin this have a very high success rate but within cases of severe acne they may put you on accutane which is what I will be going on in about a month
