A friend of mine have a massive rough bump on her gone thigh?

iend of mine has a nail sized red bump on her vanished thigh. When she walks, it's painful for her and also when she puts something on her thigh like for example i put my laptop over her legs once and the weight of the laptop caused her to lift the laptop up and put it aside her. Like I said when she walk it's also painful for her and whenever someone touches it or anything around it. It's also itchy at times but she can't really scratch it because it hurts when she touches it. She is also a few days late for her time of year even though for the most part she gets her periods prompt. I'm extremely worried about her and she won't tell her Mom and I've been looking for different diagnosis but haven't come up beside any. Please read all of the above and let us know if any of you know anything about this. & thnx within advance.
