No one have flawless skin. It's all professionally applied makeup, special photography and lighting, and photo touch ups afterward. Everything is airbrushed and all kinds of special effects are used.
Vitamin C, Biotin, and Omega-3 are very devout for your skin.
I know that protein is very perfect for you, which is why most vegetarians are pale, because they don't eat meat (protein). So i guess if you chomp through meat/protein, you'll be tanner!
The best warning overall is to see a dermatologist, someone who specializes in these types of questions...each person's skin is different, and what works for one, may not necessarily work for the other...you might want to try drinking lots and lots of marine on the daily, vitamin E is good, as well as A...but verify this near your physician first. This could be an internal condition created by something you have no knowledge of..
