Face lesion..... curative direction?

i have an open lesion on my face and i be wondering a quick way to heal it up while im sleeping
Answers:     Neosporin and a band aid

nding on the origin of the lesion there are several paths...

1. If if is a cut, I would merely recommend Polysporin or Neosporin.
