14 year feeble boy near acne!?
Hey, I'm a 14 year old guy with acne. I've been using Clearasil for rather some time, but it seems that every time I use it, the acne multiplies! The doctor recommended some solution from the store for me, but I forgot what it was called. Could somebody please recommend a solution that I could find surrounded by any Walgreens that isn't Clearasil?
ver had an acne medication do much for me except dry out my skin. I randomly tried a sample sized soap one of my mom's friends gone at our house, and it improved my complexion hugely.
It was clinique soap (you buy it at the Clinique makeup counter at a department store.) I used this one: http://www.skinstep.com/product_images/little-soap-mild-01317880401.jpg There are three types; sensitive, normal, and slimy. I've only used the first two.

Well, you're at the age in which this is very adjectives, and sometimes solutions may not work. Acne is the product of an oil called sebum, which is excreted from the sebaceous glands. Thus explaining the oily skin and acne. I own met people who would apply copious amounts of solutions and have no effect. What I would do if I were you is to pick up respectively solution and ask the pharmacist!
maybe u could call the doctor and ask. or be someone in the room with you when you went to the doctor close to a parent, maybe your mom or dad remembers?
Clearisil is terrible! You should try Clean and Clear or Neutrogena. Neutrogena have some great stuff ! And remember to wash your face with the cleanser morning and darkness - everyday. Keep using it day after day and you will see results!
oh and ps. drinking lots and lots of water help your skin get rid of acne!
Typical teenage acne is triggered by hormones... But, you can combat some of your acne issues (like clogged pores) by washing your face at lowest possible twice a day with a good cleanser. Clean and Clear can be purchased at any drug store, Supermarket, or Walmart. Use the each day cleanser that's best suited to your skin type and see if that helps. Good luck! :0)
