Foods that receive you breakout?
Hey i was wondering what foods i should stay away from that could possibly make me breakout! Thanks! :)
Answers: It's seems to be the greasy, fatty foods that are said to make you break out but it's not the food it's the way you treat your skin. Although greasy foods are honourable to stay away from they don't affect your skin. The best way to keep your skin clear is to wash it twice a light of day with mild soap. I suggest using Johnson's Baby Wash. After I experimented with it my skin got softer and more clear after newly a few washes.
