A total of 19 boils below my armpit?

I have had a boil problem for the past year. The boils started out of no-wheres. At first I get only one or two every couple of months, but now its getting completely out of hand. I've gone to the doctors on several occasion and they give me pills that last 10 days. For the 10 days I'm good, but the boils reappear a morning or so after the 10 days are up.
