Could I hold hemorrhoids?

Okay, I know this is gross but I'm curious to know if I have hemorrhoids or pinworms?
Usually after every bowel movement my anus itches and if I touch around my anus it itches more. (lately, I have been have a lot of bowel movements so I'm not constipated or anything) It doesn't just itch at night, it does it throughout the morning. I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant so I was thinking it was hemorrhoids but as I read on people are truism "hemorrhoids don't itch, blah blah" Is that true? and how can I help relieve it?

Thank you.
Answers:    It looks like the most adjectives symptoms of hemorrhoids are bleeding during bowel movements, itching and rectal pain. If you can't feel any bumps on the skin, then they're probably internal hemorrhoids - contained by which case there should be some bleeding during your bowel movements. It's hard to read out though, so the best thing to do is to see a doctor who can help treat you. If you want more information, take a look at WebMD - http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/hemor…

They do itch, that is one of the largest symptoms. Those people don't know what they're talking about.

stifle: The itching is because they are inflamed.
They don't always bleed, not at all. If they get too inflamed or seize any breaks in them (such as during a bowel movement) they will leave traces of blood.
Hemorrhoids commonly do itch, but not all of the time. They are also fairly common contained by the third trimester of pregnancy, so there is a good chance that you do own them - you don't always get bleeding. It might be worth going to your doctor to get them checked out - purely to be sure. There are lots of ways to treat them but start by being proactive and looking at diet and some other simple things.
