How adjectives is lysine for cold sores?
My outbreaks usually last a week until there basically completelty gone and usually i give somebody a lift nothing....this time iv started taking lysine....on the second day i took 2000mg of lysine and applied lysine cream to the sore how useful could it be contained by cutting down the healing time
