How can a guy go and get AIDS by have sex next to a woman?
There is no exchange in bodily fluids since the fluids in the vajina wouldnt be capable of ratification up the urethra into the mans body. And even if it does, the fluids would reach the bladder which wouldnt matter since the bladder holds fritter away making it impossible for these fluids to be absorbed into the body.
r than needle sharing and somehow exchange of blood somehow, i dont see any other way that a man could possibly capture AIDS through sexual intercourse.

It is the exchange of blood and body fluids. Yes vaginal secretions are body fluid that could be infectious. It doesn't need to go to the bladder or any ascending organ.
