A little remarkable discharge. Is this usual?
Hi. First off, I have never had any sort of STD and I know to obtain tested often. I work at a physician's office and would like to expect that I am pretty informed and up to date on what's going on with sexual health. This, however, is a question I would a bit not ask my co-workers.
ve always had leukorrhea (normal discharge) and for olden times 1-2 years it has been tinged with a slight yellow/green color. There is positively no pain, no odor, and no itching. Sometimes it is a little more "clotted" than others.
How concerned should I be? I am sexually active and my partner have never said anything, but I just want to make sure that this isn't something that has be lingering for years. Any help?!?
And I know very resourcefully putting this out there in the public I am bound to get some embryonic and ignorant answers, but that's ok, everyone needs a good screech :)
Answers: it could just be a minor infection, not all itch, a change from you norm. is something to be concerned almost, id ask a doctor and go for another pap smear. and as for the guys, there are in truth a few stds that dont cause symptoms to everyone and some that have no symptoms in men, such as chlamydia (infection) my boyfriend have it for 2 years when i met him (had no idea) and it took passing it to me and my symptoms for it to come to light for him, as men dont like to hold std testing done (Cotton swab up the penis) thankfully, the only long residence effect is inability to have children and i caught mine fast and early so im nontoxic but im not sure about him. encourage any bf you have to be tested, its atleast worth a try. anyway, it can also in recent times be a hormone change within you body, are you approaching you period?? anyway its other safer to just go ask your physician and have him pinch a look, good luck.
