My mom had a very painful stomachache today. She have to go to the hospital and we found out that she has PID. Apparently, she got it from her ex-boyfriend (She's convinced that he may own been trying to kill her. He was wounding toward her for half of the time they'd been together). She told my aunt about it and my said it be good that my mom went to the hospital. If she hadn't, she could've died. My mom has drug for it now, so that's a big relief to me.
I had never hear of PID before today and I want to know more about it. Does anyone know any websites all in the region of STIs/STDs? Thanks in advance.
