Not all STDs are irretrievable. It depends on what she has. It all depends on what she has. There are several STDS but Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can be treated and gotten rid of in a couple of weeks. Herpes and HIV, etc are permanent. Fatality from HIV is possible but they are making great strives in treatments, though not cures. Google what she has and you will know for sure.

use a condom so you don't get them because allot are pain full and some are really unnatural. it cost loads of cash to help tame them $$$$$$$$$. so instead of spending approaching $100 to help tame any stds just spend $1 and buy a condom.
No to both parts...and HIV/AIDS doesn't kill you...the sicknesses you capture after your immune system weakens from it do...
