Hey man, it all depends on why you would think HIV is an issue. Is it due to sharing needles, sex, blood transfusion?

Having a False Negative HIV question paper is rare (very low probability) but it can happen. Having 2 false negative HIV test is extremely rare, so, get yourself tested and go near those results... plus you can never trust that the other person actually got tested (even if you see the results, it could own been for someone else).
