Friend's principal problem!?

Somebody I know has small white dots on his penis and he was worried that it's an STD, do you think it is? If so, which STD? He have unprotected sex on Friday (vaginal and anal) but I think it's too soon to have symptoms already. What do you think? He get tested but he's worried because he's waiting

unprotected sex = planned parenthood, get tested.
sounds similar to genital warts to me. tell him to go to a clinic
how come they got tested and not looked at? If a dr or nurse looked at him they would enjoy known or gave him a better idea.
If they are in clusters i would say genital warts - these are usually skin coloured and do not cause any pain.

If they are just white dots here and within around the head of the penis. This is probably just a normal fragment of his penis.
