Any one no why im getting these symptoms?

every night as soon as it hits around 9 pm I start to fill a little puke its be 4 a couple of weeks now and today I made my husband some breakfeast sausage with egg and apple cinamann and apple english muffins and I took a couple of bites and I was ok consequently after the third one I felt like puking and so today ive been sentiment like that some what up and down and Its driving my crazy dose any one no why this is please tell me and be truthful O and ive been pooping today but not diareah simply a light colored poo and peeing ive gone like 5 times today
