It might be simply because you aren't drinking enough water or that you have a severely high sugar diet or possibly a sign of liver problems or jaundice. If you are drinking a lot of soda's or other very sugary drinks try switching to only just water for a few days and see if it clears up. (it won't clear up instantly as the sugar in your system works out over a few days) but if that is not the luggage you might want to see a doctor to rule out the other possibilities.
never heard of that being a symptom of HIV. I am not aware of any visible indications within urine that point to an HIV infection.
