A grill nearly Gonorhea and Chlamydia........?

I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago now and im going to get tested at the doctors tomorrow. How long is it until any STI's can start to injure your body really bad if left untreated?
Answers:    STDs enjoy to be left untreated for months or even years to do serious damage to your body.
There isn't an exact length of time from the time you contract the disease to when it can begin to "really" harm you.
you get tested, ask the provider.
Chlamydia is unlikely to cause any unalterable damage if you're diagnosed and treated quickly. However, the more times you're infected (or if you're not treated), there is a significant increase contained by the chances of long term health problems and infertility.

Also, it's worth note that unlike the other STIs, Chlamydia usually has no symptoms so you'd not even know if you'd had it! You could have have unprotected sex 3 years ago and been infected all that time and not know!

Around one in ten ancestors in the UK test positive - and most of them wouldn't of expected it. You can get free test online at: http://freetest.me.uk
it would depend on your general overall health and your body's ability to confrontation infection. If you are normally healthy, you should be fine if you see the doctor within the month. Source(s): RN
if you're going to the doctor, why do they want to be left untreated? I don't understand. And having the virus is discouraging for your body immediately, it's like having a cold. It's discouraging at the beginning, but if you leave it be it can turn into pneumonia, you know? It's never good, it basically starts as mild and gets worse. Just go get it checked, and if you're positive for anything catch it treated.
