What exactly is a cyst around your vagina?
There's a large, slightly hard bump between my vagina and inner thigh. I'm pretty sure it's a cyst.
how do you know when you're getting a cyst and not an STD?
And what exactly iiiis a cyst/why do we get them.

Answers: I only answered almost an identical question. I had one. I did the little surgery on myself (not recommended, I am qualified). A painless tiny cut and a small thick marble will pop out. UGH. I hold that NOW, and it's downright killing me. Mine already burst, like two weeks ago, and hasn't healed however. I can't even PEE. UGH. Warm/to moderately Hot washcloth to the area should help soothe and shrink it. Also apply neosporin w/pain relief cream to it for spasm. It's quite possibly an ingrown hair..which is very adjectives.
