Any HIV expects can you serve me please?

Can you get infected by HIV through sewing needles?
Answers:    I would say that it's highly unlikely but its a possiblity if the nozzle has the blood of an infected person on it and if that needle punctured the skin of the other party then maybe but like I said it purely dosen't seem likely
Needle pricks rarely transmit HIV. When the virus is exposed to oxygen it inactivates quickly.
les that enjoy syringes attached are the ones that normally transmit the virus.
Just to give you an idea of relative risk:

If you have known HIV+ blood in a syringe (not a "maybe it be infected...but you know with 100% certainty that the syringe contains HIV) and a needle stick stroke of luck occurs, transmission of HIV will happen roughly 0.3% of the time.
The same scenario with Hep C+ blood = 1.9%
There has also be no documented case of HIV transmitting from a needlestick accident that happened next to an abandoned needle (ie. outside of a healthcare environment) because HIV is a very watery virus and dies quite easily.

Sewing needles? Not very feasible at all if you consider the above! Source(s): HIV/STI Prevention and Outreach Educator x 7 years
yes if the needle be used already and wasn't washed very good.(seeing it be used on someone with HIV.)
