A cross-examine going on for HIV/AIDs?

Hi, this may seem like a stupid question but i newly want to be as educated as possible before having gay sex.
u individual get HIV/AIDs from having sex with someone who have it? Or does it like, just contract after having sex lacking a condom even if both people are disease-free?

for example, me and my boyfriend are both virgins, 100%, so we dont have any STDs, so does that mean its safe and sound for us to have unprotected anal?

Both of you would have to have never had:

*contact beside drug needles
an transplants
*born with HIV+ parents
*no penetrative sex (giving or receiving)
*no oral sex (giving or receiving) (possible, but not probable)
other unsafe practice that is obviously stupid

But even if you don't hold STD's or HIV, you still should wear a condom to prevent infections such as a UTI, which are a very common derivative of anal sex. Source(s): Experience.
